It is truly a magical place. We enjoyed the view and the walk to L’Auberage (quite beautiful). They handled my request of a private dinner in our room for our anniversary and they didn’t miss a beat. We will definitely recommend to all of our family and friends.

Loved the stay, the views from the balcony are gorgeous, the hotel is very comfortable and has the best location.

Always stay here, this was my fourth stay. Such a fantastic place to stay with the best views. We will return to stay here again and again.

The Orchards Inn had incredible views of Oak Creek and the surrounding red rock. It was a very romantic getaway and we will ... definately choose this hotel again. All the staff members were very prompt with our requests. The location is excellent right in the middle of Sedona

The best part of the stay was the patio, you can just sit out there and enjoy what Sedona is all about...pure beauty. Wonderful views in the day, and night skies full of stars.

Awesome property, located in the middle of uptown Sedona (tourist central) within easy walking distance of every shop and activity you could want. The views were absolutely as spectacular as indicated, but the staff made my stay.

Don't let some of the old reviews keep you from going here. I have been to The Orchards Inn 3 times now and cannot wait to go back. It is a small place with HUGE views! Best views and location in all of Sedona

This is by far the best place I have stayed in Sedona. For the price, you get a great room, with an awesome view.This is my favorite. Our ground floor room did have a view by the way. I read someone's review and it said they didn't. Next time I'm in Sedona I will be staying here!

If you ever stay in Sedona get a room at this hotel!!! The view is absolutley fabulous! The room was neat with a great balcony as all the rooms have with a direct view of the Famous Red Rocks.

I loved the Orchards Inn. It is the best place I have stayed in Sedona. I have stayed at the Hilton, The Wildflower and the Bell Rock Inn. The next time I'm in Sedona I will definatley be staying at the Orchards. The only regret I have is not staying here my wholw Vacation!!!!

ALL of the staff from the management to the desk clerks to the cleaning staff was FANTASTIC!!! Would definitely stay there again. Wonderful to have such knowledgeable and friendly people working there. All went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

We loved our experience at the Orchards Inn. The gas fireplace was a prime feature in our choosing this place, as well as the balcony with view of red rocks. This hotel is well located, near very nice shops and art galleries and food. We enjoyed our meal at the Orchard Inn Grill. Everything was lovely. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Orchards Immensly. The view was fantastic and the room was very comfortable. Also enjoyed the pool area.

We were five people (all adults) and the room was huge! We were not tripping over each other, even when the sofa bed was out. I thought it was a great value and wonderful to be able to get all of us in one room. They have just started including breakfast, and it was a good spread and really added to the value. There was a generous little fridge in the room. The view from the room was spectacular! We could catch the sun making the red rocks change colors throughout the day. We got more than we bargained for and really enjoyed the experience.

Your hotel has everything we look for when we travel locally. It is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, it is quiet, has AMAZING views, the rooms are up to date in decor and very comfortable. I could go on and on! We will definitely stay here again!

We live in Phoenix and visit Sedona often. We always try to stay in your hotel. The upgrades and renovations are lovely and welcomed. As always, the view cannot be beat anywhere! Wonderful experience. We'll continue to return often!

Visit Sedona with my teenage children…. We had a blast! Much to see and do in Sedona. We visited Jerome, went on a hot air balloon ride with Red Rock balloons and had a jeep tour with Safari Jeep tours. We stayed at the Orchards Inn for 2 nights and would definatley recommend this hotel. The red rock views were amazing, the location excellent for the proximity to eating, shopping and arranging for coordinating your activites while in sedona. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and excellent. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Check in.out was efficient and pleasant.Overall our hotel stay was"exceptional for your money" I would most definatley recommend this hotel and visitng Sedona. I would like very much to return to Sedona in the future. Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant one.

Had never been to Sedona, so we planned a little getaway to check out the area with my 14 year old daughter and a couple of her friends. They all loved the shopping, and the fact that you could walk the whole district easily. The room was larger than most, but the best part was the balcony view! The girls loved it so much they want to make it an annual trip. I will definatley book Orchards inn again in the future.

The Orchards Inn was perfect for us. Great Location, Front door parking, updated room, great bed, flat screen tv, big balcony with spectacular views! The small breakfast buffet was one of the best you could have.

I recently spent 5 nights at the Orchards Inn Sedona, Az. I can't say enough good about the experience. the staff was friendly, respionsive and went out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful stay. the room was lovely, with free WIFI, microwave, fridfe and coffee maker. The buffet breakfast was amazing. I would return to Orchards Inn whenever possible. Thanks to the management for a great experience.

Keep up the great work. The extra touch that you add by calling the guest when the room is ready for check in, is something that most hotels do not offer. The staff is very friendly and courteous and the check in and out process is seemless. The rooms are very nice and the views are awesome. We look forward to a return visit next year.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The Orchard Inn of Sedona was the first place we ever stayed overnight when visiting Sedona. We enjoyed an up close view of the red rock mountains from the patio of our room. We listened to the soothing running waters of Oak Creek Canyon down below. Our room was very clean and the bed made for a good nights sleep. The Orchard Cafe served up a well balanced complimentary breakfast buffet for its guests and customer service all around from the inn to the cafe was respectful. Without a doubt we will return for the views, the cuisine and the customer service.

Best breakfast with really fresh fruit- and the only complimentary meal we had during our three week stay in the US, short, but a really nice stay.

This was our second time to Sedona. The first time we stayed at a bed and breakfst off the main drag.We decided to stay at the Orchards because we didn't want to spend the extra money We were delightfully surprised when we entered our room. It was spacious, very bright and clean. The view from the room was spectacular. It was great to park our vehicle and not have to drive anywhere. Everything was walking distance. The pool was a great place to spend some time relaxing. The food and service in the resaurant was excellent. We were able to check into our room early which was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. We wanted for nothing. We were in rooms that had not been upgraded. They were great. Wouldn't have changes a thing. For being right on the main road it was extremley quiet. One of the best nights sleep we've gotten away from home. The beds were comfortable. The A/C worked great. we can't wait to come back again next year. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Orchards Inn for 2 nights. We arrived just before 10pm so we could not see the view, but when we woke in the morning we were astounded by the beautiful red rock view from the balcony. The decore of the room was beautiful and it was quite a good size room. I would highly recommend this hotel Yhe hotel has the best location as it is easy to walk to the main street for some great shopping. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I will never stay anywhere else when I return to sedona.

“Worth the effort to find.”

We had only planned to spend one night in Sedona but the Orchards hotel staff changed our minds. The views were incredible. The staff goes above and beyond. It was a little difficult to find with the GPS but it was more than worth the effort. Highly recommend!!

You will not get a better view in Sedona. Well worth the price, and the breakfast buffet is great!

I have traveled quite extensively and your staff is at the top of the list in efficiency, friendliness and everything positive that I can think of. It was a pleasure staying there.

Right in the middle of the town! Access to everything; restaurants, shops, galleries and shuttles. Great value and a great stay!!

My husband and I wanted to be in the heart of uptown Sedona, close to all the shops and restaurants, and also a very short drive from some of the best attractions and sites. This is how we chose The Orchards Inn, and we're so glad we did. Melanie in reservations, Margarita, Kari and Scott at the front desk were all so welcoming and helpful. Our room, a deluxe King on the 3rd (top) floor, had a very comfy bed with crisp white duvet cover, a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, easy chair with ottoman, mini fridge, etc. as well as a balcony that showcased the gorgeous red rocks of this famous area. The hot buffet breakfast (included in the room charge), was more than we expected. We also ate lunch in their restaurant and the food was great then as well.

Our check-in person 'Kari' was personable and very informative. We stayed at the hotel for five days, making it our base and traveling out to the various surrounding sites, including the Grand Canyon. Our maid service was expertly handled by 'Tina', who was sensitive to our needs. We never had a bad meal anywhere in Arizona. The Orchards Inn Grill and Bar was cozy and comfortable with great service. We have already recommended this wonderful hotel with breathtaking views of the red rocks to our children.

The place was amazing. I couldn’t believe the view from our room or the size of our room. It is hands down the best hotel in Sedona.

The rooms were amazingly spotless, clean. We were very impressed by this. The staff in the restaurant really were happy, friendly people. They were very welcoming and it was a pleasure to eat there. The dinner was excellent and the included breakfast buffet was very good.

We stayed at the Inn for five days during the Christmas holiday 2010. We used the hotel as our base camp and visited the fabulous red rocks, surrounding canyons, and the Grand Canyon. The staff and service were excellent, always informative and helpful, they were never too busy for questions. 'Kari' was our check-in person, and having just driven from Palm Desert CA., we arrived late, in the dark and wet from the rain, but she was kind and got us quickly situated in our warm room. Our maid service with Tina was sublime, she answered to our every need and respected our privacy. The views from the hotel are the most incredible, it's like a moving piece of artwork, always changing. The Inn's grill/bar restaurant was cozy and the staff always had smiles, the food is mouth watering. In all, our stay in Sedona was awesome and the Orchards Inn contributed greatly to a wonderful time.

What a great find in Sedona.

Don't judge this nifty little find by the exterior - the surprise is on the inside - VERY well appointed rooms AND on the outside with every room facing the Oak Creek Canyon and Red Rocks! We enjoyed the hot tub on a mild January afternoon, a pretty amazing breakfast the next morning at The Orchards Café. Really just can't say enough good about the place, the people, the value & the experience! We'll be back!

I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had at your hotel. Upon check in we were greeted by Maragarita, she was hands down the nicest front desk person I have ever met! She was so friendly and helpful, giving us directions/maps/ideas of things to do in Sedona. The room was great with breath taking views from the balcony. We had dinner (and breakfast the next morning) at the Orchard restaurant and we were again met by friendly staff and the food far exceeded our expectations. We chose this hotel basically at random off the internet however we really hit the jackpot. We could not have been any happier about our stay!

Very pleasant place to stay. The next time we are in Sedona, we will definitely stay here again. Everyone at Orchards is very nice and friendly and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Rooms are beautiful along with beautiful views from every room.

We chose this hotel based on other recommendations and we were happy we did. The hotel has a very basic look from the front entry, but our room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The sheets, towels and toiletries are good quality. The balcony was exceptionally roomy and the view simply spectacular. We slept with the curtains to the patio door open just to see it upon waking. You could not ask for a better location to explore Sedona.

Neatly tucked away in the center of town. Extremely clean and all staff extremely hospitable. Breakfast included with the room was better than the norm and couldn't ask for a better view. Ask for a fireplace room on the top floor... fantastic!

We loved everything about our stay: the gas fireplaces, free hot breakfast, hot tub, pool, restaurant--everything was perfect. The scenery is spectacular and within walking distance of trailheads for hiking. There's also the free Sedona trolley that will take you to other attractions. This is the best free, hot breakfast in Sedona. We felt we got a really good deal on the price of the stay. The staff is top notch--absolutely the friendliest folks in the West. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home. This will be our hotel of choice next time we come to Sedona. What a great time we had in this town.

We had never been to Sedona before and didn't know anything about the area. We picked this hotel from the internet and were extremely pleased. The location was PERFECT. Right on the main road with numerous shops, restaurants and activities right next door. The views from the hotel room were amazing. We had two connecting ground floor rooms that each had a balcony that looked out onto Snoopy Rock. The views were outstanding.
