It’s August and we’re still marveling in the Summer season! The morning and evening temperatures are cool and the afternoon monsoons give us a little bit of drama to enjoy. There are several ways to enjoy the season, here are just a few of our favorites:
Summer at Snowbowl!

2nd Annual Orchard Canyon Peach Festival
On Sunday, August 12 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m., attend the second annual Peach Festival located at Orchard Canyon. This event is about 15 minutes away from Orchards Inn through Oak Creek Canyon. Tickets are $35 and you can purchase them here. Price includes soft drinks, food, and entertainment. It’s a great event in a beautiful area of Sedona. Enjoy a hike before and the peaches will be a great way to cool off and refuel!
Taco Tuesday at 89Agave Cantina
Taco Tuesday a is a weekly tradition these days! 89Agave invites you to celebrate #TacoTuesday over tacos and cocktails. Taste one of the favorites, the Tipsy Chick Taco, with red chili marinated chicken, roasted onions, tomatillo sauce, cilantro and jalapeno tortilla finished up with tangy guacamole. Or try our vegetarian taco, the signature (G)Whack-a-Mole Taco with fresh avocado, yellow corn tortilla, 89Agave classic pico de gallo, asadero cheese and a sweet ancho chili glaze. Live Music at L’Auberge de Sedona
L’Auberge de Sedona is honored and proud to partner with recording artist Anthony Mazzella this Summer. Anthony’s original music is composed with a fusion of world influences consisting of acoustic fingerstyle, classical, flamenco, jazz, funk, R&B, Celtic, and rock and roll. This unique experience will take place on a weekly basis at Etch Kitchen & Bar, Sunday through Thursday from 5 pm – 7 pm and Fridays from 6 pm to 9 pm overlooking the Oak Creek.
