  • What does the amenity fee include?


    Our $25 nightly Amenity Fee includes a one-day Red Rock trail pass, hotel parking for one vehicle, high-speed Wi-Fi through the hotel, reusable water bottles in your guestroom upon arrival, and in-room coffee and tea.

  • What is a Local Tourism Assessment Fee?

    The Local Tourism Assessment Fee is collected from participating Sedona Hotels to cover tourism public relations, marketing, lead generation, market research and other performance measures to ensure the viability of Sedona’s hospitality endeavors.

  • Which airport should I fly into?

    Phoenix Sky Harbor is the closest International Airport. Flagstaff airport is a small airport about 45 minutes from Sedona. US Airways is the only airline and typically a connecting flight is required.

  • Is the hotel pet friendly?

    Yes, our hotel is pet-friendly! All of our suites are pet-friendly, excluding our Deluxe, Premier, and Red Rock rooms. Dogs are allowed anywhere on the property with the exception of the main building.

  • Do you have pool access?

    Yes! Our neighboring hotel, L’Auberge de Sedona has exclusively invited
    Orchards Inn guests to purchase day passes for pool access and
    participation in guest activities. The activities range from yoga and sound
    healing to crystal meditation and tarot card reading.


    *The day pass is $80 per person and includes transportation. You may add
    this on when booking your reservation at checkout or when you arrive at the
    front desk. 

  • How far is the Grand Canyon South Rim from Orchards Inn?

    The south rim of the Grand Canyon is a 2.5 hr drive from Uptown Sedona, 110 miles.

  • How far is Flagstaff from Orchards Inn?

    Flagstaff is 28 miles from Uptown Sedona, a 45-60 minute drive.
