Terms and conditions
- Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers or promotions, is subject to blackout dates
- Minimum 2-night stays apply
- Guests traveling with dogs must book in a pet-friendly room
- First night room rate will be charged at the time of booking
- Confirmations will be emailed within 48 hours
- Deposit will be retained for cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival
- Cancellations outside of 72 hours are refundable
- Not valid for groups of 5 or more rooms
- Orchards Inn reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotional offer at any time without notice
- A $4.42 local tourism assessment fee will be added for each night of your stay to your final folio
**All of our Suites are Pet-Friendly rooms. Dogs are NOT allowed in the main building, which includes our Premium, Deluxe, and Red Rock rooms.
